Take your car, Car Registration Card, friend, ATM Cards ,licenses, RPs, to Insurance company office, friend should pay the insurance , take the paper to any traffic dept office, take coupon , wait for your turn ... give the old car card + insu. paper + 200 QRs to the Madam ..... wait for 7 minutes and your friend will get the new car card ..... ask him for a dinner tonight ... as a party for the new purchase ....

Go straight to the traffic police department in old airport road, E ring road along with ID, its copy, original car registration card, and buyer's copy of ID. Seller and buyer both to present all these at the counter, who would look for Qar. 200 as transfer fee that to be paid by bank ATM or credit card at spot via counter machine.

Wait for a few minutes and the new registration card with new owner's name thereon shall be given to the new owner.
