Absolutely NOT! Please, never ever put anyone under 10 in the front of a car, and especially not a baby car seat. Their head is too close to the dashboard in that position and is extremely dangerous. The front passenger seat of a vehicle is commonly called "the death seat" as more people are killed while sitting there than anywhere else in a car.
The middle of the back seat is the safest seat of any car and is where you should place the car seat. Will your baby cry in a car seat? Of course at times they will. But I would rather have a crying baby than a dead one. I hope you would as well.
PS It is illegal in Qatar for children under 10 to be in the front of a vehicle.
