Need quick weight loss - at least 5 kgs in 2 weeks.

give up extra things like....fried thngs and have time to time and normal food only avoid oil and fried matters atleast walk each day it may help u atleast maintain the level..regards
Don't set the target for reducing weight or else u will end up in eating more..Never starve urself..have proper diet..Never skip ur breakfast..Try to do some YOGAS that would help u in stretching ur muscles..U can google for it...Try to take brisk walk whenever u have free time..Have lots of water..Avoid tea and ne other caffine products..Avoid munching oily foods or heavy snacks between 5-6p.m...It will result into indigestion..Since u r an INDIAN, avoid rice for a week if u can..Or if u can't, then have either rice or chapati with ur lunch/dinner..Don't take them together..Rest try to google..U will get loads of replies..thnx..
That’s kind a tough to 5 KG in 2 weeks ..and the medicines in pharmacies are to trusty enough as there could be side effects.
sorry to put u down but that’s the fact. only the consistent work out could help you ..and that’s the healthy and natural way...
