Hi,
I am from India. I was in Qatar during 2007-2008 on Engineer VISA and came back to India after cancelling my VISA. Now I am getting one job offer from Qatar. I have heard that now the rules have changed and documents like education and marriage certificate need to be attested. Can someone who has recently shifted from India to Qatar kindly guide me on this process.
