I sent a registered mail via Q post on the 9th of this month. They told me it would reach my final destination within 7 to 10 days.

My final destination was Florida, US but everytime i check the Q post track&trace result is shows the final destination to be "ISC NEW YORK NY "
Someone told me that all mail from DOha to the US goes through NY but how can i be sure that my important mail has reached safetly.

Has anyone had bad experiences with Q post in the past
or is this normal for mail going to the US
