Property Agents fooling around
To all QL members,
As you all who have read the Gulf Times today 25-Dec, it is mentioned that many agents have been making money by making people fool and leaving the country. Such thing didnt happened with me but yes, an agent have made a half month commission from me and other 27 families for a 2-B/R Fully furnished apartment which was leased by a big property real estate company, here in Doha recently.
They do false promises that they will provide services and will come to listen to any queries/problems for the flat they are providing, they never do.
Currently they are around the new apartments in Musheirib area and once again they are out to fool people. What is their job, is to advertise in QL and ask people to come to the location and tell them to go and choose the apartment, as the agents are not allowed to step inside the property, as the real agent dont want any agent should deal in between.

so there is a flat in Musherib ,but he is not taking any commission, or booking charge only he is doing service......
