Hi, I have been using the mail in Qatar for several months and despite claims by the clerks that the mail arrives in USA after 5 days, half of the mail I have sent out registered has never arrived. I lived in Kuwait for seven years and sent out mail every two weeks to the USA, and in that period only on two occasions has my mail never arrived in the USA. Should I simply consider mail, registered or not in Qatar not reliable?

^^ not when you need to send cheques to a company that doesn't accept post dated cheques and you need to send out bi-weekly payments.

I have no idea but you can start sending emails. It's faster and free
