my brother's company is going to close and the new company wants to absorb him but his company right now will just give a release if he'll work to another company not to the one who wants to absorb him.so what he's planning to do now is to look for a company that can sponsor him but will not work for them so he can get a release from his current employer.my question is can he transfer right away again to the company that wants to absorb him or he needs to wait for 1 year since he just changed his sponsorship?thanks a lot!

good morning,

what i can confirm that he can be back to the company he wants after at least 1 year, and if less than 1 year they can give him transfer letter to work in it , till He complete one year then they can give him release,
