None of the mozaic channels are accessible since about 5pm. I called Qtel and apparently there is a technical problem. I just wanted to know how many people are facing the same problem and does anyone have any inside information regarding this? How long will it take to be restored?
Mine wasn't working as well, then I called 111, the guy told me that there was some problem in their system which is now resolved. On his instructions, I re-booted my device and it's working fine now.
I called Technical support and they said we will solve the problem in two days ... Now I don't have any channel in my TV and I think I'm going to cancel the service if this problem happens again .
