1. Sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.in

2. Click "Fund my account" to find PayPal's bank details.

3. Transfer money from your bank to PayPal's.

Within 3 days you will receive a receipt email from PayPal.

4. Buy your gift from a PayPal Checkout online store than sends gifts to Qatar (like www.gift.qa).

Other than funding your PayPal account by bank, WikiHow lists a couple of other interesting options to shop online without a credit card[1]: Western Union Pay Shops and Coinstar gift cards.

It seems you do not have Credit Card or even an ATM card......but you have lottsa cash..... so the best surprise is to fly to Doha and surprise the person.....and don't forget to get banana chips for him from Gods own country Kerala
