Does anyone know how much it will cost to deliver a letter in the Philippines?

Dear All,

I have a pay cheque in the philippines that I needed to encash thus I need to send authorization letter to the Phillipines, how much it will cost if I just send "Authorization letter in the Phillipines?"

I know the fact the I can just go to DHL or UPS and ask them but I would appreciate if you have an idea.

I also suggest to send it thru EMS (Express Mail Service) of Q Post. It only cost me around QR70 for sending some documents last month and it arrived manila on the 4th day. They also have regular mail which is even cheaper. A DHL would have cost me QR400+ and will also arrived manila in 4 to 7 days.

Better send it thru QATAR post you just pay 50 riyals it takes only 3 days to 1 week. By DHL it is very expensive 300+ riyals.
