Do you think it’s worth it to get my brother to look for a job during Ramadan season, or better else after Ramadan?

Is he can look job easily?, since the office hours was to short?

Can someone tell a good advice, because he will holding a business visa, that could last only for two months, that's why I don't want to waste he's time for looking a job here in Doha..
