what is the process for join new company before completion one year in existing company?

Existing company will give NOC.

One year is not finished in existing company.

Please advice that Current visa will be regular for one year OR existing employer will do cancle current visa.

You cannot change sponsor within one year, you cannot change company without an NOC. If you leave your current employer they will cancel your RP and you will have 7 days to leave the country. You cannot return to Qatar for 2 years after that.
