Can I go to other Gulf Country without cancelled my Visa

HI
I have been working Qatar for the last four year , i didnt get the salary for the last six month , i am really fed up and want to go home. but my company is not allowing me to go India, my visa is already expired ,company management says , they will give just exit. if i go to India without cancel the visa , can i go to some other gulf countries for searching jobs, will there be any problem in the future.

If u Visa is already expired & u r going to Exit Qatar, then u will not be able to comeback to Qatar as u will have not Valid Qatar Visa. Since your Qatar visa is expired you will not face any problem in other Gulf country.
