PAS 7/10 is what u need select Frequency 3868 H Polarisation and symbol rate 19890 also set LNB frequency as 5150 you will see signal line and if 5150 does not work then change to 5750 and see signal indication.Even if doing so does not work then your dish/LNB needs to be adjusted.

weird I don't even have Panamsat :S does it appear with the same name on all receivers or it comes different on other receivers?

It is different for type of receiver or Satelite box u have, ucan tune in 0n 3863 to 3870 frequency with Symbol rate 19890, FEC 3/4,INTEL or PANAM satelite LNB frequency 5150

I have PAS 7/10 C and PAS 7/10 Ku in my receiver. I have already checked mentioned frequencies on both but no results. any suggestions please.

thanks for your help but the thing is I don't have Intelsat 10 available? does it appear on any other satellite? Kindly assist.

Its frequency is 3661 H PID 19890

Or connect to this website for your need http://www.tracksat.com/

Click on Satellite Search and Select Intelsat 10 (68.5 degree) and find all frequencies of this satellite
