Can any one say How will be working time in construction field in Ramadan as per Qatar govt law?
What will do if any company does not follow that rule?
I'm working in a construction company and the management decided that only the muslim employees will work from 8am to 3 pm (with 1 hour break); for all the others, it will be normal work time (8am to 6 pm). So it's up to your company :-(

In Ramadan working Hours should be 6 hours and all companies are following government rule especially construction field.
IN RAMADAN 6 HOURS SHOULD BE THE WORKING TIME.FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES IT MAY BE START FROM 6 TO 12 OR 7 TO 1.OVERALL IT SHOULD BE 6 HOURS.
