• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
• Manage requests for documentation.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Create templates for future use.
• Prepare report on projects if needed.

EAMS Technician Skills:

• Record and monitor assets using provided template of client 
• Record and monitor work orders for assets to see its history 
• Supervise proper work order creation and closing 
• Provide reports to site for the pending work orders 
• Coordinate and meeting with client to solve problems regarding work orders 
• Service request raising to update assets on the system 
• Provide insights for the maintenance plan of assets 
• Raise or close work orders if approve by client or engineer
• Site visit and collect required data as required by client
• Adhere to any safety procedures as per HSSEQ Principles
