• Reporting to Head of Presales and directly work with sales team & clients, collaborate

withCAD, operations, and administration.

• Preparing quotes, designs, & proposals.

• Preparing projects BOQ, cost calculations, specifications, and design drawings.

• Prepare submittals and constant follow up with suppliers to know about new products.

• Implement Company quality system.

• Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, annual etc).

• Train Company staff on selected topics.

• Prepare projects documentation, manuals & drawings.

• Reviewing the IFC design drawing and preparing shop drawing provided from the Clients.

• Attending the Minutes of Meeting, preparing the Material submittal as per project

specifications/requirements and providing compliance statement while submitting the MAS.

• Preparing all Engineering submittals like, Training manual, O&M Manual, T&C and Method Statement....etc.

• As Per consultant/Client requirement approaching vendors/Supplier, getting quotation for as per the design and negotiation with supplier and following with management for PO process approval.

• Preparing OCS response as per the consultant comments and getting Code 1 or 2 approval for the drawings and all engineering submittals.

• Follow up with Client for material submittals in line with approved schedule.

• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications

• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

CERTIFICATIONS :

 

• completed a job simulation involving identity and access management (IAM)for Tata Consultancy Services,collaborating with a Cybersecurity Consulting team. • Acquired expertise in IAM principles,cybersecurity best practices,and strategic alignment with business objectives.
