I have successfully Completed Bachelor degree  in Quantity surveying in Sri Lanka & Successfully Completed Diploma in AutoCAD 2D and plan-swift.

I have gained 11+years excellent professional Gulf experience as a QUANTITY SURVEYOR. I am capable of managing the cost associated with High raised, Commercial, Industrial Buildings, Water supply, Landscaping, Irrigation, Villa and Roads works. I am excellent in keeping the cost low and maximizing value for money or profit on a build. I have an understanding of the need to keep the cost to a minimum level and can usually advise on funding and grants. Also I have good knowledge in Pre & Post contract activates.

I am currently staying in Qatar with Resident visa (QID) with NOC and I believe that these qualities will make a positive impression on yours expect requirements. I do hereby certify that the above particulars are true and correct can provide all of the original certificates in the interview.
