WORK AND EXPERIENCE:-

 Maintenance Engineer: - (facility manager) in ALMAL TECHNICAL SERVISE

Ø  Working as Maintenance Engineer in AL amal technical services Dubai , from 01/03/2020 till 20\9\2022

Responsibility:-

v Providing leadership, guidance, and technical assistance to skilled technicians in the performance of their day to day activities.

v Examines and inspect all Exhaust fans. HVAC panels, switch gear and bus bar to verify safety and ensure specifications are met

v Monitor and reviews on transformer room and MV rooms daily to detect or assess any problems.

v Oversees troubleshooting and maintain of all HVAC system in tower

v Monitoring and operating chill water supply from Qatar cool room to all floors.

v Good understanding of MEP Installation and maintenance and repair large commercial premises.

v Responsible of material purchase and procurement department

v Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment.

v Carryout and operate backup diesel generator 1000 KVA and UPS system in tower

v Professional testing of Electrical systems including wiring diagrams, selection of electrical equipment such as Circuit breakers, relays, cable sizing and Distribution boards etc.

v Generates various reports/deliverables including monthly program status report to managements.

v Good understanding of ELV systems Cameras, access control system PA system…etc.

v Flexibility to work shift patterns and availability 24/7 stand by duties and emergency calls.

·        Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

·        Testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start- up activities and ensuring adherence to approved plans and procedures.

·        Conduct material inspection and site supervision and perform quality inspections for the electrical aspects of a major rectification and upgrade program for buildings.

·        Overseeing sub contractors’ quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works conform with the applicable codes, standards, and approved drawings / specifications

·         Responsible for working diligently on completing all projects on time and to budget, coordinating the construction process for new locations relocation and renovating existing buildings ,Ensuring projects progress on schedule & in budget.

·         Prepare and submits site daily report, work inspection request, material inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

·         Perform material take off and develop bill of materials.

·         Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools etc.

·         Prepare and submits progress site daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports.

·         Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all electrical work groups at site.
