*Partner managing corporate meetings for payment related issues.

*Invoice and AMC update.

* Assisting field engineers on service issues and validating the parts.

*Validating and requesting parts for service complaint.

*Products quality testing

*Creating and sending OEM report and providing technical training.

*Analysis of open and closed calls using SAP CRM Standard reports.

*Part management in SAP.

*Product and serial number update in SAP T-CODE (CMR_order)

*Product and serial number update in SAP T-CODE(ib52)

*Product Spears part addition and dilation in SAP T-CODE (Commpr1)

*Co-ordinating with team mates on day to day activities and supporting in terms of technical guidance.

*Coordinating with branch heads across the country to handle.
