HI , I have more than 7 year experinece as IT technical support engineer field and my nature of work is

    $ User Co-ordination and helpdesk call handling ,Taking care of IT helpdesk mails and Taking care of assigning Tickets to the concern team in HP Service Manager.

    $ Coordinating with customers and vendors to resolve the problems with in SLA through Remote support, Working with HP ticketing tool.

    $  Configuring Cisco Soft phone & Hard phone,  Guiding the user in Cisco VPN Connection,  Maintaining CISCO Video Conferencing Device., Troubleshooting the VPN card.

    $  Configuring (MAC configuration) Cisco Soft phone & Hard phone.

    $ Responsible for both L1 and L2 support in desktop and L1 for servers.

 

Currently am in Qatar 3 month visiting Visa ready join immediatly.
