I am a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering graduate with Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering, City & Guilds Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in AutoCAD and Diploma in Primavera as additional qualifications with high proficiency level of MS Office package. I have 06 years of excellent experience as a Building Construction Quantity Surveyor in reputed organizations of Sri Lanka.

And my major scope of duties and responsibilities are as follows;

• Preparation of BOQ, Contract documents
• Pricing activity to prepare estimates
• Preparation of Payment Application
• Overviewing Subcontractor Payment Application and issuing payment certificate
• Taking off quantities and prepare measurement sheets
• Preparing Variation
• Issuing monthly/weekly progress report
• ISO Documents maintains
• Prepare shop drawings
• Prepare Bar Schedules
