execution, estimation and maintenance of MEP/Electrical works.
• Expertise in Tendering, Cost Estimation, execution and maintenance of MEP/Electrical system for Building &
Infrastructure , Golf Course Irrigation Pumping Stations, Swimming Pools, Water Features, Exterior Lighting, Lake
aeration works and Testing & Commissioning.
• Preparing cash flow forecast reports, Preparing Monthly interim Payment certificates, identification of variations,
notification of variation, preparing and submission of variations, negotiation of the variation, monitor cost against
the budget.
• Advance payment bond and performance bond follow up with sub contractors, assessment and settlement of sub
contractor's variations/claims, provisional and prime cost items, recording and monitoring of all site activities.
• Extensively experienced in Tendering, Estimation and Quantity Surveying including monitoring and controlling post
contract variation process and securing Variation Orders. Reviewing Tender documents, rate analysis, obtaining
quotations for specialized works and raising queries to clarify the scope of works.
• Handled wide range of MEP / Electrical construction for residential, commercial, infrastructure works and major
developments in UAE for large Contractors such as Desert Group and Proscape Group.
• Skilled in managing, execution, monitoring and controlling Projects from tender phase to handing over ensuring
committed quality and safety practices.
• Expertise in various construction materials and practices being exercised within the gulf countries in line with the
International Standards and testing procedures including local authorities’ standards.
• Coordination with Clients /Consultants /Sub-contractors to resolve technical issues and carrying out & completion of works on site
