1).  I’m on a freelancer visa with NOC. 2).  I’m a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with more than 11 years of experience including GCC more than 2 years (Qatar). Out of 11 years 6 years as MEP Quantity Surveyor & 5 Years as Civil Quantity Surveyor.  3). Experience in the followings: Quantity take – off, Bill of Quantities, Interim Payments, Variations, Claims, Project Estimation, Tender Documents, Tender Evaluation, Tender Adjustment, Value Engineering, Quotations, and Subcontract Management.    4).  Familiar with SMM7, CESMME3, FIDIC Contract.   5). Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ets.)   6). Good experience in Autocad (base measurement, Drafting, Modeling, Editing)  I have an excellent understanding of the full life cycle of Quantity Surveying. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.
