I am a Mechanical Engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the field of MEP.

 

My Experience includes both GCC & India. In my 16 years of career I have done heat load calculations, Pump head calculations, ESP calculations, quantity take offs, drawing & material submittals, following up with Consultant, Client & main contractor for the approval. Placing orders after careful scrutinizing of suppliers and preparing comparison statements & following up with them for timely delivery of materials, preparing coordination drawings, making sure that routes shown are strictly followed for the smooth flow of works, getting it inspected by the consultant & following up for the approval. I attend technical meetings, progress review meetings & coordination meetings with the main contractor, sub-contractor, consultants & clients.

 

I have been involved in the completion of all types of buildings like Commercial, residential, High risers, shopping complexes, mosque, hospital & all. In the absence of a Project Manager I have even delivered my duties as an acting Project Manager. I have working experiences as Project Manager, Construction Manager, MEP coordinator, Project Engineer etc.
