I Have 3+ years Exp in Window Server Administrator(L2 & L3 Support).Now Looking for a job in Qatar.

     Responsibilities:

·         Good in handling ticketing tool like Remedy.

·         Troubleshoot problems reported by users

·         Installation & configuration AD Directory Services, DNS, DHCP,WDS.

·         User’s creation, group policies fixing to the Users,Computer & Groups.

·         Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows Server 2003/08/12 R2.

·         Responsible for the Availability of internet / WIFI Connections.

·         Assigning sharing and security permission

·         Troubleshooting PCs and printer’s issues.

·         Installation & Configuration of Microsoft Outlook.

·         Taking Remote Desktop and resolving issues through network.

·         Ability to deal with VMware products

·         Installation & Configuration of Symantec Antivirus and applying antivirus patches.

·         Providing all network support and solving network related problems to Desktop systems.

 

·         Ensuring and maintaining by closing the tickets within the SLA’s
