This is Md. Mohiuddin Alamgir, a Computer Science Graduate with MBA, Bangladesh. Now I am working as a IT Developer of a company in Qatar. I’ve 7.5 Years ( 4 .5 years in Qatar and Kuwait) extensive practical experience and   knowledge  in IT system support and administration, manage group IT infrastructure which includes Windows servers, Linux Server, email systems, IP Network, network security appliances, application servers (SharePoint 2010). Duties and Responsibilities:

 1. Installation, configuration, administration & troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2003/2008R2, 2012.

2. Active Directory (Creating, editing Group policies, users, groups), DNS, DHCP, FTP, Microsoft Exchange 2010 Server.

3. Fortigate 100D (UTM firewall) configuration and maintenance.

4. Setup and maintain Application server ( SharePoint 2010).

5. Virtualization: - Hyper-V, VMware ESXI.

6. Windows Server up-gradation from W 2 k 8 r 2 OS to W 2 k 12 r 2 .

7. Configuring & installing of Kaspersky, Symantec & Veeam Backup.

8. VPN configuration.

9. Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2, Layer 3 Network.

10. Maintaining the Company Web site.

11. Support ERP and E-POS system.

12. Maintaining the Telephone call Monitoring system

13. To evaluate, test, advice and support I.T. related projects.  

14. Ensuring all IT systems, infrastructures, server, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.  

15. Assigns team members to projects as required while also providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

16. Participate in internal IT meetings and meetings with external IT vendors.

17. Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff.    

18. Responsible for effectively balancing the businesses needs with its IT capability; constantly reviewing processes and identifying way to improve efficiency & service, and proactively managing all areas of Technology within the company.
