- Maintain LAN, MAN, WAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Switch, Routers, PC, Laptop, access point units, UPS related Hardware and software issues instantly.
- Monitor network, Server and storage systems to ensure uptime and efficient resolution of issues.
- Monitor and analyze systems loge, server health check and Data Center environment check in daily basis.
- Maintain inventory Software (IMS) Like Product Entry Stock, Issue to user, return from user, Garbage by IMS for all hardware and software assets.
- Responsible for Handling network configuration, Server, workstation, networking equipment, outlook & Domain email accounts, and also support for the server/ desktop infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain Firewall for Network Security and check regularly on network and data Security, ensure Network access and backup Systems.
- Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems of Printer, UPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & PA System in used.
- Physical network LAN configuration, Cabling, UTP Cable layout, troubleshooting & maintenance. Maintenance and Management of CCTV, ZKTeco Attendances & Access control Device, ETS and other IT related equipment.
- Configure and Maintenance network device (Switch, Router) of TP-Link, D-Link, Tenda, Mikrotik. Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, etc.
- Installing and Update Antivirus, Operating systems , Windows 7,Windows 8.1, Mac, Windows 10 &Windows 11, Configuring outlook.
- Database Server Backup, File Server Backup & Sharing, Make Monthly Salary Sheet, Over time Sheet, User ID Active & inactive by ERP Logic Software Ltd.
