Description
Job Description- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Manages account receivables and payable and reconciliation with vendors.
- Assist month end and year end close process
- Handling annual internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Liaise with the top managements to improve financial procedures
- Liaise letter of credits, bank guarantees and handling all related matters
- Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Assumes full responsibility for full cycle payroll of the employees.
- Reviews Coding for hours, such as regular, overtime and vacation.
- Handles timekeeping, prints pay checks and record-keeping duties.
- Records changes affecting leave usage and net wages for example exemptions, loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.
- Prepares and issue pay checks, including final pay checks covering special agreements.
- Prepares confidential payroll reports.
- Coordinates payroll matters with other departments, locations, and business units.
- Prepares leave settlement, personal loan request and salary increment letter of the employees.
Skills
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Able to analyze financial records and interpret for other departments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
