ü Installing and configuring computer hardware and applications

ü Installing and configuring Windows Server 2012,2008 and client O/S

ü Configuring domain and workgroup networks

ü Installing and configuring ADS, DNS, DHCP, IIS Print and File Server…

ü Responsible for the day to day operations of all equipment’s including Desktops, Servers, Printers, Scanners, Bio Metric Devices

ü Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

ü Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

ü Responsible for routine maintenance activities such as, anti-virus updates, back up etc.

ü All System Administration & Database administration activities

ü Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

ü Supporting the roll-out of new applications

ü Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

ü Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs

ü Testing and evaluating new technology
