I am  over 7 years of experience includes responsibilities such as Instrument Installation & Commissioning,  Instrument Calibration & Configuration, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. 

 

I were serving as the Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with Voith Industrial Services Qatar W.L.L, Doha, Qatar.

 

This role requires me to manage complete calibration, installation, commissioning, testing & maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems (PT, DPT, LT, FT & TT Transmitters, Control Valve, On-Off Valve, Cable Tray and Instrument Air Tube, used in projects of QP, QCHEM, QVC and QAFCO; perform study of P&ID, control schematics & specification sheets; review & prepare wiring diagram (signal distribution and power distribution); verify material and instrument datasheet and certificates; prepare LT&T (lock-out Tag-out), As-Built drawings as per actual site conditions and other vital documents

• Strong exposure in study of Process Flow Schematics, P&ID, General Assembly, Equipment Fabrication Drawing, Cause & Effects, Instrument List, I/O List, Set Point List, Design Basis, Instrument Philosophies & Specifications, Cable Route Layout, Datasheets & Typical Hookup Drawings, Loop Termination Drawings, Earthing Layouts, F&G Layouts
• Successfully executed high value turnkey projects from the stage of feasibility study including planning, budgeting, bidding, estimation & tendering and capacity planning
