Description
Administrative office Assistant with 2 years & 10 months of demonstrated working experience in Qatar;
- Preparing regularly scheduled reports and correspondence memos and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Providing administrative support to management and employees.
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Assisting senior managers with the day-to-day operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handling general office duties and providing support to staff members.
- Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients.
- Orders office supplies and arranges procurement requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Manages logistical onboarding and offboarding for site (e.g. systems and equipment).
- Actively administrates all assigned projects and ensure achievement of desired outcomes.

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.com)
