Description

Heat load calculation based on architectural drawings using HAP and / or Excel based tool.
• Knowledge of space planning including sizing, locating AHU rooms, chiller plant room. 
• Working knowledge of chiller plant room design and preparation of plan, section drawings. 
• Sizing and locating indoor and outdoor equipment’s (DX / VRF).
• Designing mechanically operated treated fresh air.
• Designing centralized toilet exhaust system along with scheme / isometric drawing.
• Designing the ventilation system for the basement carpark / service areas / kitchens.
• Ducting design as per standards.
• Chilled water piping design - sizing, layout and scheme along with associated components.
• Refrigerant piping design for DX and VRF systems - sizing, layout and scheme.
• Analysis and selection of HVAC and other mechanical equipment (TRANE, RHEEM etc...)
• Preparing bill of quantity including material take off sheets and tender documents.
• Responsible for the project from design stage to execution and completion of project at site.
• Monitoring the progress of site at work and reporting the same to management and client as required.

•. Selection and sizing of Firefighting pumps are prepared. And routing of Firefighting based on NFPA 13 and UAE Civil defense law are performed.

• Designed the load of LPG and Pipes are Sized based on NFPA 54 and 58.

 

• Implementation of Green building principles (DM SUBMISSION, EHS SUBMISSION).
