Looking for the post of senior Accountant/Administrative in the field of accountancy with 4 yrs experience.
Functional Skills.
I have well knowledge in M.S office & Advance excel like Data validation, pivot table,chart,filter Advance filter, function of an analysis, financial formulas, logical formulas : lookup,vlookup,Hlookup,if,sumif,countif,database,pmt,ppmt,ipmt & data consolidation.
I have well knowledge in all accounting activities and Accounting Packages like : Tally erp9,oracle,peachtree,quickbooks,focus, wings & Ace
Ø Management information system (MIS Reporting)
Ø Control petty cash prepare render accounts of individuals & departments.
Ø Manage the day to day financial transactions of the company.
Ø Maintain book accounts in a computerized environment.
Ø Supervise the whole range of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Ø Preparing Payroll, Leave Settlements & Final Settlements
Ø Preparation of (BRS) Bank reconciliation system as per bank statement
Ø Preparation of financial statement Budgeting cash flow & income statement
Ø Preparation of financial reports profit & lose A/c & Balance sheet
Ø Administering and maintaining records relating to employees.
Ø Ensure effective fixed assets & inventory control is applied.
