I'm an MBA graduate specialised in HR & Marketing with an experience of 4 years in full cycle recruitment in the US market for both the corporate & consulting environment and over 2 years of experience as a Supervisor. I'm actively looking to pursue my career. I have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates as per the client requirements through cold calling, Boolean search, networking, referrals, internal databases, networking events, job boards etc. My experience also includes supervising, marketing and coordinating a business.
