I have got 1 Year Experience in Install and maintain Cisco CUCME for VoIP Networks, Design and Implementation of Computer Networks, Installation Troubleshooting and modifications on network equipment, Configuration and troubleshooting on routing protocols.Interacting with customers regarding technical issues .and completed Networking CCNA & CCNP andCompleted Networking CCNA & CCNP Collaboration ( Voice & Video)

Coordinate and execute hardware and software upgrades. Handling with customers regarding technical issues, Handling escalations & giving technical support to onsite engineers in customer locations. Monitoring traffic and devices like Router, core switch access switch, server etc. troubleshooting repair, and maintenance of computer systems,Networking Equipments , Configuration of catalyst switches, VLAN Management,Configuration changes in network devices as per the requirement

 

I  have excellent communication skills and I feel that I can explain technical information carefully to a non-technical user. I have also provided training for clients on how their system work and how they should be operated etc
