Designation:  Assistant Manager (Operation & Maintenance).

Duration:        From 24th Oct 2013 to 9th Jan 2016.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the project for Integration, Scope, Time, Cost & Quality.
• Preparing the site inspection and the site progress report.
• Follow up Schedule performance of cost, the scope of work & the quality to comply with the project targets & company goals.
• Monitor/Highlight the expected risk & the procurements.
• Preparing invoices, method statement and quality files.
• Coordinate & review the design drawings, calculations, shop drawings & method statement and register the records.
• Coordinate with other work such as electrical and mechanical
• Extracting the qualities & review the contractual technical specs.
• Manage design tasks of all engineers & consultants, to ensure drawings, specifications & all information is delivered within an agreed timeframe.
• Maintain a records of the Concept Design submittals & correspondence.
• Ensure that the Concept Design has fully recognized the end user’s requirement.
• Evaluate & endorse the variation orders requested & submitted by the Design Consultants for Client’s approval.

 

Project:                                PRINCESS NOURA UNIVERSITY

Designation:                      HVAC Engineer.

Duration:                            From 10th July 10 to 14th Sept 13 

 Job Responsibilities:

            

• Able to read/understand HVAC drawing.
• Exercising full control of the work force at site.
• Arrange for the material and necessary manpower well in advance.
• Coordination with other MEP services at site & Coordination with civil works.
• Preparation of work order and related amendment.
• Quantity take – off and making indent for materials and equipment’s.
• Able to lead and guide of Supervisors, Foreman & providing
• Execution of work according to the contract specifications approved
• Drawing.
• Preparation of as built drawings.as per site condition.
• Erection of HVAC duct and chilled water pipe works
• Floor and Riser ducts and chw pipes works installation in high raised building Final fixture of HVAC items.
• Plant room Equipment is like AHU, Pumps, Heat Exchanger, and Fans installation works.
• Pressure Testing & Cladding of CHW pipes.
• Testing and Commissioning of FCU‘s, FAHU’s, Fan’s, pressurization Systems, Automatic chemical dosing system, and Chilled water Pumps.
• Air balancing & water balancing of HVAC equipment’s.
• Generating Work inspection request (WIR) after completion of job at site for  consultant approval-(Installation, Testing, and Commissioning)
• Attending the site coordination meeting for best progress at site with Superiors.
• Conducting safety awareness programs for subordinates and caring the labor Safety at site.
• Attending site inspection at regular intervals and ensure that all installations & Job planning according to site program.

• Coordinate & review the design drawings, calculations, shop drawings & method statement and register the records
