Description
>Roles & Responsibilities:
◾Managing day to day operations of the Restaurant.
◾Ensuring guests satisfaction and service recovery, when necessary.
◾Ensure company standards, sanitation and service deliveries are adhered.
◾Closely work with Supervisor to Develop plans to maximize the Restaurant Productivity and create a measure
control in outlet expenses.
◾Continuously take feedback from guests in an effort to continuously innovate and improve the products and
services.
◾Buffet presentation and set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner functions including the use of props and
decorations for speciality functions.
◾Good at up selling, suggestive selling and product-knowledge.
◾Handled and Solved guest queries and complaints politely. .
◾Suggests food and beverages ~ to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniment.
◾Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
