*       Attending all the meetings and discussion with main contractor and client for the design changes and modification if any.

*       Daily meetings with project team and sub contractors for the project updating

*       Coordinate with all trade contractors and attending the coordination meetings with client and main contractor together with project team

*       Submission and follow up of Project progress report weekly basis to client, main con and also our management.

*       Submission of progress claim and updating with higher management

*       Follow up with the engineering team for the installation work as per the design

*       Follow up with site engineers for the testing and commissioning works

*       Ensure the project QA/QC documents are in place before start any works

*       Inspecting  with QA/QC team for the project site work as per the requirements

*       Provide  a safety training to the engineers and site supervisors by monthly basis

*       Ensure and monitor the project progress as per the agreed schedule

*       Site Inspection with main contractors and client for the installation work

*       Cash flow control and monitoring the projects progress against of cash flow

*       Ensure the drawing update list and make sure contractors using the updated drawings on site at all time by weekly basis 

*       In-charge for the internal and external ISO and contractor / client site auditing

*       Project final report and costing to submit higher management

*       In charge for the underground cable duct and cable pulling works

*       Plan the routing of all the cable support system for contractors to follow up

*       Planning and direct the cable pulling work as per the drawing and site conditions (HV, LV, ELV, and also FO cable)

*       Follow up and ensure the termination of all HV/LV/ELV/FO cables

*       Follow up with switch board supplier for the delivery of panels and FAT schedule and also lifting and handling of main switch boards and distribution board

*       In charge for all main load centers for installation of main switch board

*       In charge for load bank installation and termination (6 set of 500kw)

*       In charge for Diesel engine installation termination with Fuel Tank installation

(1 MVA 2-set engine and 10000L 2-set of underground tank)

*       Design and planning for lighting and power system for internal and external

*       Installation of High Mast light installation (30m height) to get approval from client

*       Received and inspection of high mast lights materials with main con/client

*       Inspection and commissioning of high mast light with main con/client

*       Follow up with respective contractor’s team for the testing and commissioning

*       In charge of all building lighting, track lighting, street lighting simulation testing and rearrange the angles and direction if needed as per the simulated lux level.

*       installation and Inspection of tract hazard warning light and track stopper lighting

*       In charge of the all ELV ( PA, Fire alarm, Access control, Airlock and CCTV ) system installation and inspection with  testing commissioning work

*       Coordinate with QA/QC team for the project documents submission

*       To coordinate with sub-contractors and drafters to submit the final shop drawings.

*       To submit the as-build drawings to main contractor and client for signing off

*       Follow up with the defect work if any during final inspection with client
