Hi,

 I am a BE graduate in Electronics and communications  Engineering and I've got 3 years’ experience in IT technical  support role.

 I recently worked for Dell International Services as Technical  Support associate wherein my duty was to provide IT support  to Dignity health group of hospitals in U.S.A.

 Previously, I had worked in Infosys BPO for a client called  British Telecom, wherein my duty was to provide Broadband  order support to some of the communication providers in  U.K.

 I have also completed CCNA certification course.

 Total Experience: 3 years

 Current location: Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar
