Description

▪    Communicate the company Integrated Management System (IMS) policy to all employees.

 

▪   Efficiently took measures to achieve the Zero Accident & improve processes which resulted in 100% Safety.

▪    Participating in the monthly safety committee meeting, bringing up all day HSE related issues, improvement suggestion and immediate serious concerns to management attention.

▪    Preparing daily, weekly and monthly observation/near miss/incident/accident report and submit to Sr HSE officer or/and HSE manager.

▪       Participating in safety officers walk through at site (As required by the client).

▪    Providing effective resolution to clients' queries and improving relationships with the client by anticipating client future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive client experience.

▪    Depends upon the work activities, daily verifying that all permit system is follow-up in the site.

▪       Ensuring the third party certificates of all project mobile plants, lifting gears &

tackle and full body harness etc. are in up to date and inspected on daily basis.

▪    Ensuring that fire extinguishers and all portable power tools, machineries are inspected and colour coded by authorized person.

▪    Conduct training and precautionary method for the personal working in the construction site i.e. crane, heavy equipment air compressors, MEWP operators, forklift trucks and other hazard area.

▪    Good understanding on Safety Practices for confined space entry, electrical safety, Height work safety, hot work safety.

▪    Check all ladder, scaffolding and its tag weekly and make sure fit for work and validation not expired

▪   Strict implementation of safety rules in the site and Ensure the safe work practice in the site.

 

▪      Conduct Fire Mock Drill and train the workers for the ‘Emergency Evacuation

Procedure' after hearing the emergency siren & conduct head counting of the

Workers  Assembled at the assembly point area.

 

▪      Make arrangement to display all critical activities HSE posters, Muster/assembly

          point Emergency signage’s in all important points.

 

▪      Good understanding on types of PPE required for various work activities.
