My name is Rohit Menon and I am based in Qatar. I had worked as a Customer Service Agent in Qatar Aviation Services in Doha from June 2012 to June 2019. I had worked with Jet Airways Chennai for 5 and a half years as a Senior Customer Service Agent. I led a team back in Chennai for Jet Airways and I do the same in Doha often.  I was a trainer for the customer service department for the opening of Hamad International Airport. I have close to 13 years experience in customer service. I also did the role of officiating supervisor for Jet Airways Chennai.

I am looking for a job in customer service.
