Role & Key Responsibilities:

• * Site Execution.
• * Project Progress Monitoring.
• * Planning, scheduling construction work on site as per the   design.
• * Responsibilities include co-ordination with Architects and       Consultants of works and Contractors.
• * Check for the quality of materials used for construction at       various stages of works.
• * Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• * Preparation of Quantity survey report and monthly cash flow.
• * Ensure all safety parameters during work.
• * Supervising all site management activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
