A Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate with knowledge and expertise in AutoCAD, 3d modeling and Photo-realistic rendering using Google Sketch Up Pro, V-ray Graphic Design, and Adobe Photoshop.

 

My core competency lies in architectural field involving Architectural Planning and Design (structural, electrical and sanitary), Construction cost estimation, conceptual plans, working drawings including preparation of municipal drawings, detailed drawings and 3D visualization of residential, industrial, commercial buildings and interiors, using Auto-CAD, Google Sketch Up and associated rendering software.

MATERIALS ENGINEER (March 2021-present)

Projects: Al Thumama Stadium, National Museum of Qatar - Energy Playground, Pedestrian Bridges for Junctions B4, B5 and Markhiya, Lusail Stadium

 

      Prepares material submittals and all related documents, including technical datasheets, Compliance statements, Laboratory testing and reports, Declaration of performances, safety data sheets, VOC content declarations, and other Certifications ensuring that it complies as per the Project requirements and specifications.

      Provides all necessary assistance to the construction team with respect to all materials submittals, approvals, testing and sampling.

 

QA/QC ENGINEER (July 2019-February 2021)

Project: Al Thumama Stadium & Ras Abu Aboud Stadium

 

      Prepares material and work inspection requests for approval.

      Ensures quality control of materials and work including all field-testing and inspections, acceptance of used materials, checking and accepting all remedial and corrective measures.

      Supervises and inspects the works to be in accordance with the approved Material Submittal, Material Delivery, Method Statement and Inspection and Test Plans to refrain the team from any inappropriate installations of materials and avoid Non-Conformance Report.

 

SHOP DRAWING COORDINATOR (August 2014-April 2017)

Project: Msheireb Downtown Doha, North Gate Mall & Khalifa Stadium

 

      Increased office organization by developing more efficient filling system and database.

      Reviews Issued for Construction (IFC’s) drawings and Specifications prior to the submission of detailed Shop drawings.

      Prepares E1 Log concerning the Shop drawing submission dates.

      Checks and approves technical drawings prior to official submission.

      Coordinates all the approved Shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI’s) and other necessary details with other Sub-Contractors and for the site team.

      Meetings with Project Managers, Architects, Project Coordinators, and Consultants to develop solutions concerning site issues.
