Dear Sir/Madam,

I am UPDA Certified Civil Engineer having B-Tech in civil engineering and Diploma in civil engineering having more than 7 years of experience in the feild .I am presently working at Desert Line Projects W.L.L (Doha, Qatar)as a Sr.Planning & Estimation Cum Project Engineer since March 2021.I had worked at Red Velvet Interior Design(Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar)as an Architectural Engineer Cum Planning Engineer & Estimation Engineer since May 2019. I also worked at Malabar Developers(Calicut, Kerala, India)as a Planning and Estimation Engineer  for four years on high-rise construction projects. Furthermore, I have done a diploma in Architectural CAD which includes Auto CAD,3ds Max, and STAAD Pro. In addition, I have excellent software skills in MS Project and Primavera P6.

My progressive engineering and extracurricular experience provided me with the opportunity to develop strong client relation-building skills and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

I have sound knowledge of planning,Quantity Takeoff, Estimation & Costing, IPA, EOT claim, cost controlling and Project reporting includes Baseline program, Project status, look ahead, critical path, Procurement log, Engineering log, manpower histogram etc..
