I am BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction at De Montfort University, I have successfully completed NCT- Quantity Surveying at the Department of Technical Education & Training in Sri Lanka, & Successfully Completed Advance Diploma in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (MEP) at CSS Computer Technology in Sri Lanka.

           

I have gained 12 years of excellent professional experience in QUANTITY SURVEYOR work roles pre and post-contract, including 10 years of experience in Qatar. I can manage the cost associated with High raised, Commercial, and Industrial Buildings, Water supply, Landscaping, Irrigation, and Road works. I am excellent at keeping costs low and maximizing value for money or profit on a build. I understand the need to keep the cost to a minimum level and can usually advise on funding and grants.
