Description

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Quality Management System in the projects
• Reviewing the Project Quality Plan, Quality control Procedures & ITP’s and providing feedback & recommendation as necessary
• Planning & scheduling the overall QA-QC activities and monitoring & controlling all inspection activities
• Inspecting the RMC batching plant and reviewing the Plant calibration reports and MRIR
• Reviewing & approving the Concrete Mix Design and witnessing the Trial Mix at batching plant
• Field Inspections, Surveillance and Witnessing the field & laboratory tests (Checking the Initial setting out, excavation, formwork, reinforcement, embedded elements, ambient & concrete temperature & slump tests, pre pouring & Post pour checking, Concrete Compressive test, soil moisture content & FDD tests and pipe line activities) 
• Participating in project & QA-QC weekly meetings and reporting the quality issues
• Conducting  internal project quality meeting with contractor Quality personnel and presenting month quality report to Lead QA-QC
• Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) when necessary and ensuring timely closed out and pro actively identify to potential Non Conformance
• Witnessing & reviewing the document  of Non destructive tests (NDT) of concrete structures if      necessary
• Maintaining RFI, Field observations & NCR logs
• Reviewing  MRIR reports (material receive and inspection report)
• Issuing, monitoring & close out the Punch Lists
• Reviewing Test Pack documents
• Follow-ups and corrective actions of Internal & external Audits
• Reviewing the supplier’s test reports & certifications
• Compliance with the site's HSE regulations
