I Have 10 years of working experience in the field of Accounts 4 Years of Qatar working experience Worked as a Senior Accountant of Inter-Companies ( Reputed Real Estate, Trading & Contracting, Textiles and Tailoring Companies) Bachelor of commerce  Degree in the field of Accounting from Osmania University of India (B.COM-Computers 1st Class )

My Daily Responsibilities are:
•Handle Accounts of Inter-Companies
•Preparation of Payments / Receipts  Vouchers/ Cheques and other Journal, Ledger posting.
•Enter accounting entries for purchase, Sale, Credit, Debit Note, Cash, Bank, Payable, & Receivable in accounting software Tally ERP 9 & Oracle ERP
•Handling of petty cash and making day-to-day payments and Ensure petty cash is maintained as per company policies & procedures.
•Prepare the statement of account for the Accounts payable and pay our vendors in a timely manner.
•Maintaining receivables accounts and regular follow up for the account receivables balances with our debtors. and Every month end Ensure all accounting entries are completed & recorded in correctly manner.

My Monthly  Responsibilities
•Prepare monthly Sales, Purchase and Expense reports.
•Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
•Prepare Inter-Companies reconciliation.
•Prepare Profit and Loss Account, Income & Expenditure Statement.
•Prepare Cash Flow Statement.
•Generate monthly Time sheet, Salary voucher and Payroll with WPS method, salary over 120 employees and 200 labourers on Monthly basis.

My year end closing procedures  as per Annual Requirements:
•Prepare fixed Asset Register
•Prepare the financial statements such as, Profit & Loss Account, The Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement for auditing Requirement & queries  yearly and also i Assist and Co-ordinate with external Auditors in Auditing work.
