Ø Analysis and Approval of Engineering Drawing From the Consultant.

Ø Coordination and Execution of All MEP Activities At Site.

Ø Installation of AHU’s, FAHU’s And FCU’s.

Ø Water Supply and Drainage System for Building Connections.

Ø Installation of Sprinkler System

Ø HVAC Design Using ASHRAE, DW and SMACNA Standards.

Ø Provide Technical Supervision Of All Works Related To Mechanical Activities Which Include HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage (Sewerage) And Fire Fighting System Installation.

Ø Review Plans, Project Specification and Coordination Drawings To Ascertain That All Work Is Fully Implemented In Accordance With Approved Plans And Specifications.

Ø Coordinate With The Contractors Involved And Prepare All Necessary Documents Related To The Project Requirements

Ø Review, Approve And Process All Mechanical Material Submittals Compliance With Project Specification.

Ø Coordinate The Mechanical Works From Electrical, Architectural, Civil And Other Related Discipline To Ensure That Work Is Fully Implemented In Accordance With Plans And Specification.

Ø Testing, Commissioning And Handover Procedures

Ø Attending Engineering, Construction And Co-Ordination
